When your child is struggling to read, it is heartbreaking. I know –  because I lived it with my own daughter. Even as a teacher trained in structured literacy, I  couldn’t get her old school to take my concerns seriously. After a private learning evaluation, we found she is dyslexic and has dysgraphia. So now I help moms who are concerned about their child’s reading. No parent should feel helpless when their child is struggling to read.
